Sunday afternoon at the PAC

Doing anything interesting next Sunday?
Before we get into that, though, Walski just found out that the Troubadours gigs will be coming to an end soon. They have announced the last three gig culminating with one on August 30, a CD launch on September 3 and a finale on a yet-to-be-announced date. However, the gang has indicated that there would be ad hoc shows every now and again. And that this will be more of an extended hiatus, rather than a complete bow-out.
Walski hopes so too... Stay tuned to myAsylum for details as they become available
So, back to next Sunday. One of the final Troubadours Open Doors event as well... will feature Peter Hassan Brown, Sherry, and Panda Head Curry? In addition, you'll also get to watch an independent film, entitled Romantiknya ISA, by independent filmmaker Hakim - this film was a winning entry in the Freedom Filmfest 2005.

@ KL Performing Arts Center
The event will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Center (KLPAC), from 3pm - 5:30pm. Admission is RM 12 - a bargain, I tell ya.
Apparently, this will also be Panda Head Curry?'s final gig together... there are rumblings that due to artistic differences the boys decided to go their separate ways - before the actually do something nasty to each other. Like turn the other into actual Panda head curry.
If you haven't seen them on stage (or anywhere) before, next Sunday may be your only chance to see them ever again. In this lifetime, at least. Or so Walski's been told.
