FA Cup Qtr Finals: Birmingham vs Liverpool

The draw for the Quarter Finals of the FA Cup was done last night (Malaysian time). Liverpool, made it to this stage with a thrilling win over archrivals Manchester United on Saturday. Liverpool’s match will be on March 21, together with the other 6 teams remaining.

Charlton vs Middlesbrough

Aston Villa / Manchester City vs Bolton / West Ham (to be decided after the replay, on March 8th and 7th, respectively)

Chelsea vs Newcastle United

Birmingham v Liverpool

Meanwhile, news has emerged that the English FA has dropped the possiblity of the new Wembley stadium being the venue for the final, which once again will be played at the Millenium Stadium, in Cardiff.
